Hohoho. Happy 29th February 2008. For some, this is their four year once birthday so "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU". Hehehe. It is the only day where you all can celebrate your your birthday on the exact date. So, you gotta enjoy it.
So, I think that today should be a public holiday. We celebrate anniversaries every year and some of them are declared as public holidays. Then, why can't we declare a four-year-once day as a public holiday? Right?
Lol. Okay-lah. I admit that I am a bit lazy-lah. Hahaha. For us working people, this extra day in a leap year means we actually worked an extra day compared to normal 365-days year. Anyway, we should still enjoy it coz it only happens once every four year. Once again, Happy 29th February 2008. Ciao.
