A few random thoughts

Okay, I know that I have not been updating for quite some time now, so, here are some random thoughts I have:

First
You are driving between 80-100 km/h in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway or in the slow lane of a 2 lane road/highway and then suddenly, the car behind you flashed you to go faster. Have you encountered this before? What does the idiot want you to do? Isn't 80-100km/h an okay speed in a slow lane? Does that idiot want you to ram on the divider so that he can pass through or drive to the fast lane where you will get flashed even more? If he/she wanna drive faster, why can't he use the fast lane? I really can't understand this kinda behavior.

Second
This is still about cars/road/highway. Hahaha. Okay, everyday while driving to and from work, I will have to pass through the Connaught Highway toll which cost rm 0.50 per trip. Most of the time, I will pay using RM 1 notes. I can say that for about 60-70% of the time, I get back my balance of RM0.50 all in 10 cents. That's quite annoying as sometimes when I do not have RM1 note, I will have to get it from my ashtray box (Is it called ashtray box?). Firstly, those 10 cents coin are damn hard to take out. Secondly, it is so hard to differentiate between the 10 cents coins and a 1 cent coin (Especially when you are driving at night). Lastly, it is such a nuisance to count five 10 cents coin while driving. I am so thankful when they return me the balance in one 50 cents coin or 2 20 cents coin with 1 10 cents coin.

Third
I think that this should be the last one for today. Hahaha. This is not about driving but about the election on the 8th of March 2008. It will be my first time to vote but this thing regarding election is not about me. It is about what I think should be the chinese people dilemma. First and foremost, I have heard people saying we should vote for the opposition due to the fact that we should ensure that no party should get more than 2/3 representative in the parliament and that we must show them that "Enough is enough" (I am just quoting what I read and heard, not my personal opinion). But then, if all of us vote for the opposition in the chinese representative areas, then when BN won in the election, would there still be any Chinese left to be the Ministers or Deputy Ministers? If there are no chinese rep in the BN, I think we will not have any more Chinese headed ministry. This is just a thought. I have not decided to vote for Tan Kok Wai or Jeffrey Goh.

well... this will be my longest comment... haha

About your thought on the third issue...

1. Your opinion on less or none Chinese Cabinet team in future if MCA or Gerakan lost alot is really errr... shallow? (haha..)

- if you mainly vote bcoz u want a chinese counterpart out there, you're wrong... even there are chinese cabinet minister.. they wont do much thingy like oppose the UMNO ppl..
- recent cases, UMNO Assembly featuring the KERIS.. no reactions from them..
- Dr Koh was chided by a mere UMNO youth deputy in not "giving" much care to the Malay community... they kowtow to them...
- MIC had 90% of Indian support (last time).. do u think the Indian are better off now? haha...

2. i think we need to move to higher idealogy that are based on merits instead of skin color... we are all Malaysians... If the person if capable, i dun mind having an Malay, Indian etc as an elected person..

Cheers ;)
